Job Overview

Purpose of Job:

– As the Quality & Project Manager the role is to work closely with customers, partners and may upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as working with other departments for support. To create, plan, oversee, coordinate an document all aspects of the specific project within the department.

– To build productive relationship with internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities. To ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.

I.Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• To work closely with local customers (Telcos & ISPs), International partners and upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as working with other departments for support. 

• To create, plan, oversee, coordinate and document all aspects of the specific project within the department.

• To build productive relationship with internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.

• To attend meetings with potential Clients/Partners to determine the project & requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution.

• To deliver and monitor a sustainable service quality to customers, partners and contribute to the team

• To ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.

• Ensures all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. The role will also contribute to the operational efficiency of the department by maintaining quality service levels and ensuring s/he compliant with company’s policies and procedures.

• Interact with the provisioning / project team, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Service delivery.

II. Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• In depth working knowledge of project management, service quality management

• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships 

• Minimum 2 years working experience of Project management, Service quality management, 

• Very strong inter-personal skill, communication skill 

• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator 

• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment 

• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well 

• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction 

• Bachelor degree
