Job Description

DUTIES

  • Advise team to comply with company’s policy and safety standards
  • Provide a safe and healthy working environment for all workers within area of responsibility
  • Ensure that injection line run as per target efficiencies
  • Control and maintain quality of the products as per standard
  • Make sure good manufacturing practice, safety, and 5S are implemented
  • Monitor process to ensure that they are running properly and ensure that basic quality and quantity assurance test are performed 
  • Ensure that the production cost is within the set budget and report and deviance form plan
  • Prepare production daily and order materials for production
  • Improve and develop operators’ skill and capability to maintain a highly motivated and focused team
  • Arrange team as per production plan
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety
  • Maintain the working area clean, safe and organized
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Effectively control and lead operation  on time
  • Control cash amount and prepare change before open
  • Make and revise job manual in Khmer
  • Help each position if its busy
  • Control chemical box and stocks
  • Make and harmonize event plan with all of workers
  • Manage all of staff shift and time cards. Inform data to personnel section.
  • Manage Cash amount and prepare change before open
  • Check report sales and check material diary
  • Manage sales and control cash
  • Open/Close gate and control entrance key
  • Prepare budget plan for operational expense
  • Other tasks assign by GM

REQUIREMENTS

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Male preferable
  • Ages, 28 years old up
  • Business Japanese or Business English or Japanese conversation.
  • Graduate university
  • Minimum 6 years management experience
  • Excellent skill for staff training (Train new employee)
  • Must have excellent hospitality spirit
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skill with professional attitude
  • Can swim preferable
  • Basic MS Office, Internet and PC Skills
  • Have strong self-awareness to keep guests safety
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Attend VIP
  • Able to start working immediately and under pressure.
  • Strong Commitment and self-confident, positive attitude, and responsible, flexible, challenging.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask.
  • High level of initiative.
