Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Managing the process from booking tours the space, signing up new member, to facilitate their move-in 

• Maintain the vibe, cleanliness and organization of the space 

• Addresses tenant concerns and be the go-to person for our members 

• Orient first-time members and short-term customers 

• Be available to costumers in person, via phone and email 

• Help out wherever you can

Community:

• Curate community programs offering value added events 

• Contribute to social media, outreach, newsletters, as well as explore possible partnerships

Interpersonal Skills:

• Community oriented 

• Have to LOVE the idea or Coworking, Collaborating and Cocreating 

• Organized, strong written and verbal skills 

• Strategic planner 

• Great manger of diverse personalities 

• Be able to thrive in a start up environment
